01Maize
Maize, the daily staple.
Maize is the daily staple of Sub-Saharan Africa. We fortify it accordingly: to each country's own standard, at the mill.
02The blend
For the porridge most of the continent eats.
From Nigeria's 588,000-tonne market to Malawi's 220,000, as published, maize meal is where fortification reaches the most people for the least money. We produce maize blends to each country's standard: iron, zinc, vitamin A and the B-complex, designed for staple consumption and for the way maize is milled, stored and cooked.
The blend is dosed at the mill with equipment we supply and verify, and every batch carries its certificate. The Malawi maize blend is a different recipe from the Kenyan one, and both are named exactly on the drum.

05Proof
A certificate with every batch.
Every batch leaves the plant with its certificate of analysis. Vitamin A is verified at the mill in about twenty minutes with the BioAnalyt iCheck, and dosing is tracked and reported in Palmatrack, so a mill, a regulator and the quality team read the same number.
Ask for the maize datasheet.
Tell us the country and the mill's throughput. We will send the standard, the dose range and a certificate from a recent batch.
