Our founder
André Redinger
André grew up on his family's sugar farm in KwaZulu-Natal. His childhood within the Zulu community planted a lifelong commitment to agricultural innovation and community upliftment — a conviction that has since become a company.
André advocates for vertically integrated supply chains that optimise nutritional value, accessibility, and affordability — while keeping profits on the continent to fund his philanthropic initiatives: the Lodestar Centre of Excellence and the Southern Lodestar Foundation.
